I was doing so well!
I was getting rid of half of the books in each one of these posts and then…
Well, to be honest, what happened is I barely went on Goodreads in 2019 and when I did I only added things to my Sort shelf which meant it got a second look at before immediately dumping it on my serious TBR.
This has seriously worked because now I think about books twice before making any real kind of commitment. It’s honestly why I probably won’t be doing this meme once I’ve finished posting this last lot. I don’t really need it anymore.
This meme has been great for me to get some kind of control over my TBR because it was getting ridiculous. Now I want to focus on checking in on it more regularly and follow the kind of filtering system I’ve managed to create for myself.
But I still have a few more posts left to go before I completely say good bye so let’s jump in.

No month headings this time round because I did really add much per month last year. I didn’t really add much at all…
│The Alice Network│Kate Quinn│Stay│
Hope was such a painful thing, far more painful than rage.
I’m pretty sure I found this one when looking at The Huntress.
│Temper│Layne Fargo│Stay│🌈│
After years of struggling in the Chicago theater scene, ambitious actress Kira Rascher finally lands the role of a lifetime. The catch? Starring in Temper means working with Malcolm Mercer, a mercurial director who’s known for pushing his performers past their limits—onstage and off.
Chaima called it: If We Were Liars on steroids.
│Crier’s War│Crier’s War #1|Nine Varela│Stay│🌈│
A thought came to her: a story of its own, one that only just began writing itself in her mind: a story of two women, one human, one Made.
Someone on Twitter kept talking about it. I think it was Jamieson???
│If Only│Melanie Murphy│Stay│
Loneliness is the worst reason to go chasing more heartbreak.
I love Melanie Murphy.
│All the Bad Apples│Moïra Fowley-Doyle│Stay│🌈☀️│
…the past will only keep repeating itself as long as we’re kept powerless by our silence.
I think I saw this while going through earlier added books when I came across this authors other two books???

Oh boy!
I’d be disappointed if it wasn’t for the fact these books have been through a filtering system and I do actually want to read each and every one of then because of it.
My total was;
